What a beautiful show we enjoyed at the Hamptons Classic this year. We were inspired to create this recipe because – after all – one must be sipping a little Kentucky Bourbon while watching a horse show of this caliber.
You will need the following ingredients:
2 oz Kentucky Straight Bourbon (We used Buffalo Trace)
2 scoops Sorbabes Pasisonfruit Lychee Sorbet
1 tsp Wildflower Honey (in the spirit, chose a southern variety like Savannah Bee)
1 tsp chopped fresh mint
Fill a cocktail shaker with above ingredients and ice. Shake vigorously. Pour over a large ice cube in a julep cup, top with a scoop of Sorbabes Passionfruit Lychee Sorbet and a peach wedge.
