Keep summer going with this fresh and easy spin on a classic cocktail staple
You will need the following:
2 oz London Dry Gin (we used Portobello Road)
1oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Scoop Sorbabes Fresh Squeezed Lemon Sorbet with Candied Zest
1 Splash St. Germain
Combine all of the above in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously, pour over ice in a glass and top with club soda and a scoop of Sorbabes Lemon Sorbet. Garnish with a slice of orange and a cherry (we like natural Maraschino cherries from Tillen Farms)
Sit back, sip, and toast to the close of an amazing summer.
