Sorbabes Sorbet Sundae

100% Plant Based never tasted so indulgent. Serve up this Sorbet Sundae for guests at your next BBQ or just at home as an after dinner treat. No matter how you serve it, dress it, eat it… you can’t go wrong. It’s amazing and super simple!

For this recipe you will need:

1 Pint Sorbabes Peanut Banana Fudge Swirl Sorbet

1 Banana, sliced down the center, sprinkled with brown sugar and cinnamon, wrapped in foil and roasted until soft and caramelized (approx. 20 mins at 350 in a conventional oven)

Top with the garnish of your choosing (we say choose them all) roasted peanuts, coconut flakes, dairy free chocolate syrup, chocolate chips, banana chips, rum raisins (DIY rum raisins) or whatever your fancy - get creative!
