Refund policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please email us [email protected] within 3 business days to explain the problem. We care so very much about your experience being a delight in every way and will be in touch ASAP to make things right.
Due to the fact that sorbet is sorbet, we can not accept returns (along those lines, please don't try to ship back your product! It will result in a sad, melty mess and it'll be a real mess for the lovely people at USPS.)
If there is a problem with product quality, please take pictures and do not throw the product away until you have talked with us. No refunds can be given for circumstances outside our control, such as weather, being given an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or if no one is available to receive the package.
