Shipping policy

We ship on dry ice using UPS two-day delivery with overnight delivery available upon request for an additional charge.

Orders submitted before noon EST on Wednesdays will ship with 2-day shipping. Orders placed after noon on Wednesdays each week may be shipped out the following week (for example, an order placed late in the day on a Thursday will be shipped out first thing the following Monday morning) to avoid items sitting in warehouses or experiencing delays over the weekend.

For gift orders please ensure intended recipients are made aware of package deliveries.
