If you are not completely satisfied with your order for any reason, please email us [email protected] within 3 business days to explain the problem. We care so very much about your experience being a delight in every way and will be in touch ASAP to make things right to the best of our ability.

Due to the fact that our frozen fruit bars are, well, frozen, we can not accept returns (along those lines, please don't try to ship back your product! It will result in a sad, melty mess and would be a real bummer for the lovely people at USPS.)

If there is a problem with product quality, please take pictures and do not throw the product away until you have talked with us. No refunds can be given for circumstances outside our control, such as weather, personal preference or not enjoying the bars (though we don't think this will happen), being given an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, or if no one is available to receive the package from the carrier.

We use Klaviyo for our email marketing and text message communications.

  1. When opted-in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) to your mobile number. These kinds of messages may include offers, coupons, or other information including but not limited to regarding sales and announcements
  2. You can opt-out of this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the phone number. After you text “STOP” to us, we may send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text “START” or “JOIN” and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  3. If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword “HELP”. Or, you can get help directly from us on our website contact page or by emailing [email protected]
  4. Carriers, such as AT&T, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  5. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
